Since 2018, Hexacres has helped over a hundred couples in the tri-state area (NJ, NY and PA) bring their dream weddings to life.
As a boutique floral studio and small family farm named Hexacres, we are located in Central NJ. The name is derived from the size of our farmland – six acres. Yea, pretty straight forward! Our organic design style incorporates both local flowers (even from our own garden) and exotic flowers from all over the world. We offer complete floral design services for your wedding or special events.
I first encountered flower design while I was planning of my own wedding. My original goal was to save money by preparing my own wedding flower arrangements. I quickly noticed my design talent and how much I enjoyed the whole process.
After successfully designing my own wedding flowers, I felt a little sad that the experience was over. Then a friend of mine asked me if I wanted to help her with her wedding flower arrangements. I immediately said yes and really appreciated her trust in me. This was also a good opportunity for me to see if I would also enjoy designing other people’s wedding flowers.
The answer was yes! I decided to go to the Flower School New York to further develope my design skills. I, then, quit my corporate job and started my own flower design studio. To this day, I still feel the same excitement I felt while designing my own flower arrangements with each new wedding project.
